About This Project

UKAS employs many remote workers who sometimes felt disconnected from the business. To address this, UKAS ran an internal communications campaign reinforcing the core values of the organisation. UKAS commissioned Solutions to produce a short film of their staff explaining what it means to be part of the UKAS family and the pride they feel in their work. The result is a joyful and positive celebration of the company which has not only bought everyone closer together but also improved productivity. The film is also used in the UKAS recruitment and induction process.
